Tai Chi in The Park.**an 18+ program**
We are excited to announce our newest program – Tai Chi in the Park.
Lessons will take place Thursday mornings, starting May 2nd from 9:30am-10:30 am at Hawkwood Community Park.
Cost: $60 for HCA Members $75 for Non-Members.
The program consists of a total of 6 lessons (May 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th and June 6th). If a lesson is cancelled due to poor weather, make up dates are June 13th and June 20th. If by June 20th, all 6 lessons have not been completed, money refunded at the rate of $10 per lesson cancelled/uncompleted.

Description:
Tai Chi – Beginner Yang Tai Chi 10 forms. Originated from China as a martial art and ancient practice for health, Tai Chi is a series of low impact and slow-motion movements designed to harmonize the circulations of energy around the body. You will learn Yang Tai Chi 10 forms and Qigong 8 Pieces of Brocades to improve your health and mental awareness.

Requirement:
No previous Tai Chi training is required. Any levels are welcome.
Wear loose and comfortable clothes and sport shoes.
If you have any existing health conditions, please consult your doctor before joining the class.
REFUND POLICY:
A full refund will be issued for any reason until Wednesday, April 24th, 2024. After April 24th, 2024, refunds will only be considered for medical reasons which must be accompanied by a doctor's note. If a lesson is cancelled due to the weather, the lesson will be rescheduled to June 13th and June 20th, If by June 20th all 6 lessons have not been completed, money refunded at the rate of $10 per lesson cancelled/uncompleted.
