Board Meeting Minutes are taken by the Secretary and submitted for the Board’s approval as one of the first orders of business at the start of each Board meeting.  Typically minutes are posted after the Board meeting at which they were approved.  For example the minutes taken during a September meeting would be submitted and approved by the Board during the October meeting.
